We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TexturedFurniture.com. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- All original packaging and materials must be included
- Furniture must show no signs of assembly or use
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom orders or made-to-order items
- Clearance or final sale merchandise
- Assembled furniture
- Items with removed tags or labels
- Damaged items not reported within 48 hours
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team through our website
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Include all original materials and documentation
- Ship to the address provided in your return confirmation
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping for all returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Please allow 7-10 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently process refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photographs of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund
- All related shipping costs will be covered by us
Furniture Assembly
For items that have been assembled:
- We cannot accept returns of assembled furniture
- Minor issues may be addressed through our warranty service
- Contact us for assistance with defective components
Return Timeframe
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the complete return process:
- 5-7 business days for return shipping
- 3-5 business days for inspection
- 7-10 business days for refund processing
